Hey guys, Kourt here!! I have been in the lash industry for nearly a decade! After lashing full time for 4+ years, I started Lash Essential; a full lash product line paired with education courses!! The #1 thing I noticed students struggling with was R E T E N T I O N.

Believe it or not, I struggled with retention for the first half of my lash career. I would always find something to blame other than my self. 

This was a hard one for me to swallow. There were so many things I didn't understand about adhesive, and application tweaks that were so simple but COMPLETE game changers.
